BETTER ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

One way to increased your strength and endurance is to eat food containing Gluthatione.

According to Dr Robert Keller we need Gluthatione in order to exercise effectively. We are oxygen based organisms and that oxygen creates fire and that fire is called oxidant and we need antioxidant to put it out. Many antioxidant works for 1 or more but Gluthatione works for everything.

When the level of Gluthatione drops it also decreases energy production from each cell in your body and increase oxidant in your body and that accelerate aging. Ultimately you loose energy and ability to exercise. That’s why we need Glutathione in order to exercise effectively.
